Woodland VB star inks with college

Woodland senior Emma Brown signed a National Letter of Intent to play volleyball at Greenville University in Illinois.

Brown led the Cardinals to back-to-back district championships.

She finished this season with over 300 kills, 210 digs and 56 service aces.

Brown was named first-team All-District each of the last two seasons and made All-Conference this year, as well.

She was named to the Southeast Missourian All-Area Team recently.

Brown was joined at a recent signing ceremony by family and Woodland coach Melissa Rinacke.
