Early assessment of area teams, just for fun!! We all know about certain players and this is not asking about who is D-1 or not, it is simply asking to give your opinion of TEAMS, i.e. who has what coming back, coming up, etc. I will add a 2-3 teams from the area daily (starting south working north). Please do not make this into a debate of which team is better, there will be plenty of that going on real soon. Thanks

Clarkton, Cooter,will probably be ok.Hayti should be good. There are others. Some talk about theirselves and others get no respect. Hey sometimes you just gotta tell it like it is. Good luck to all.

Don't know much about Cooter, but South Pem will probably be down. New coach. Lost Hardimon kid, their best player. Senath will be down as well, lost most of their better players to graduation. Kennett should be interesting. New, but legendary, coach. They won't have to worry about being outcoached, that's for sure. They had the Kinney kid back, about 6'4 or so. He should be a solid player. I think McFerren will have them competitive but don't think they can beat the likes of Sikeston, Charleston, C'ville, Bluff. Not this year.

saw Kennett at The Riverbend, they beat an average at best Cairo Team yesterday then lost pretty good today
