Oak Ridge's Meyer signs to play volleyball at Shawnee

Lauren Meyer, a 2010 graduate of Oak Ridge High School, signed to played volleyball at Shawnee Community College in Ullin, Ill.

Meyer, an outside hitter, chose Shawnee over offers from Florissant Valley Community College in St. Louis and Danville Area Community College in Danville, Ill.

Meyer chose Shawnee in part because her high school coach Whitney McFall also attended the school and played volleyball for the Saints.
