Girls swim teams from area schools including Cape Central, Jackson, Notre Dame, St. Vincent and Saxony Lutheran compete in the Show Me Conference Championship Friday, Feb. 11, 2011 at Central Municipal Pool in Cape Girardeau. Jackson won the meet.
