Jackson volleyball lands eight on all-district teams

Eight Jackson volleyball players earned Class 5 District 1 all-district honors.

Senior Mia Trankler, junior Kamryn Link and freshman Katy St. John were each named to the all-district first team.

Sophomore Holland Guilliams was the lone Indian named to the second team. Senior Alexa DeLuca and sophomores Ella Domian, Christa Vandeven and Nadia Wasilewski all received honorable mentions.

Three Poplar Bluff players were also honored, with junior Olivia Carda-Smith being named to the all-district second team and senior Zhoe Bumpas and sophomore Isabelle Berry receiving honorable mentions.
