SCOTT CITY – Veteran Scott City High School football coach Jim May has his team executing at peak level at just the right time this fall, as the Rams (8-2) have won seven consecutive games entering Friday’s MSHSAA Class 1 District 1 playoff game at St. Vincent. But zooming out, last week’s 48-6 rout of Malden in the postseason opener, adding to another special season for the Rams, is really a continuation of the Jim May-era, Part II, in Scott City.
