The Jackson Indians went undefeated on Monday in the pool-play portion of the SEMO Conference Tournament, earning the No. 1 seed in the north division entering bracket play today.

Jackson rolled past Poplar Bluff (25-12, 25-14) and Sikeston (25-16, 25-11), but faced some stiff competition from Cape Central (25-21, 25-13) and in the first set against Notre Dame (25-20, 25-14).

Notre Dame took the No. 2 seed in the north division, beating Cape Central, Sikeston and Poplar Bluff in straight sets, but falling to Jackson twice.

Cape Central went 3-5 on the day, good for the No. 3 seed in the north division. The Tigers swept Sikeston — which went 0-8 on Monday — and split with Poplar Bluff, losing the first set 26-28 and winning the second 25-19. The Mules also went 3-5.
