Notre Dame grad Sarah Bell wins 2021 Missouri Women’s Amateur golf title

Notre Dame graduate Sarah Bell shot 2-under 68 in Thursday's final round to win the 2021 Missouri Women's Amateur golf championship.

Sarah Bell - former two-time high school golf state champion at Notre Dame - took home the 2021 Women's Amateur Championship after shooting a three-round total of 203 at Mules National Golf Course in Warrensburg, Mo.

Bell shot 2-under par Thursday to leap back over Columbia native Michelle Butler for the lead. Bell finished 7-under par for the event.

Bell's former high school teammate Allison Bray was 14-over for the tournament and finished 19th overall.

2020 Jackson graduate Taryn Overstreet moved up a spot to tie for 24th with a three-day total of 231, and Jackson senior all-stater - and former Southeast Missourian Girls Golfer of the Year - Kaydi Rhodes jumped three spots to tie for 30th.
