Kennett cross country team competes at Woodland Invitational

FARMINGTON, Mo. - The Kennett boys cross country team competed at the Farmington Invitational Saturday.

Kennett’s Kobe Patterson finished 13th with a time of 17:48.

Kennett’s Brett Bradley placed 46th with a time of 19:19, Kennett’s Alex Yates finished 62nd with a time of 20:09, and Kennett’s Larry Payne came in 73rd with a time of 20:27.

Timothy Sloan of Woodland placed first with a time of 17:06, Clayton Eftink (17:09) of Notre Dame took second, and Cody Poskin (17:10) of Northwest placed third in the 106-runner field.

Kennett competes in the Heartland Conference Meet Oct. 22 and the Dexter Invitational Oct. 26.
