Clarkton is poised to climb atop Bootheel volleyball in 2022 (11/10/21)As the five starting seniors for Gideon High School volleyball walked off the court on Saturday at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau following the Bulldogs’ loss to Miller in the MSHSAA Class 1 State Final, it marked the end of an era in Bootheel volleyball for one of the most prestigious programs, not just in the area, but in the entire state.
