The Heartland Conference cross country meet was held Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019, at Cape County Park North in Cape Girardeau. Oak Ridge placed first as a team in the boys varsity race, with East Carter and Kennett placing second and third respectively. Woodland placed first in the girls race, with Saxony Lutheran and East Carter in second and third.
