Larry I know you normally post it but I just happened to go on the MBCA website and seen that there were new polls out. I looked on here and seen you didn't post them so I thought you was probably busy so I went ahead and did it. Haha

No problem, I tried looking at the earlier threads but missed it obviously.

  • What about Saxony Lutheran boys? I figured they would be ranked

They haven't beat anyone good yet. Every team they played has been relatively weak.

  • You can probably say goodbye to Cape in the Class 4 poll

    -- Posted by semo501 on Thu, Dec 8, 2016, at 11:32 PM
  • Don't know how or why Cape was ranked anyway.

  • Cape hasn't won a game since these polls were released. beat 3 weak teams in a weak tournament. IMO polls shouldn't come out til about a month to a month in half after the season starts. Competition and SOS is everything

  • Its funny how you folks get worked up over rankings. These rankings have no effect what so ever on anyone's season. With the MO state playoff system these rankings are basically meaningless.

  • The first rankings are basically how the teams finished last year, in a few weeks theyll be pretty accurate

Anyone know when the rankings for Classes 1A-4A come out? I'm anxious to see those.

I would have to agree with cker23, Saxony has played only 3 games so far against Jefferson, St. Vincent, and Ste. Genevieve. All three games have reached 80 points with 30+ lead. Today, they play Oak Ridge. Saxony's schedule doesn't get challenging till late December.
