High School Baseball Forum: Cape Central at Festus

• I am very proud of Cape Central in their late season surge. As a player years ago, some of my proudest moments were when we underachieved all season long but shined at the right time. Despite the problems they have had all season long, Cape Central's season is now measured, in my mind, as a success.

  BUT I do not think they'll beat Festus.

• Festus beat Cape 8-4 earlier in the season, when Cape was not playing nearly as well and didn't have their ace on the mound. It should be an interesting game.
