BENTON, Mo. — Kelly’s Alaney Moore scored her 1,000th career point Friday night in a 55-30 win over Advance.

Moore finished with a game-high 29 points, including 17 fourth-quarter points as Kelly (7-6) pulled away in the final frame.

Allison Owens added 16 for the Lady Hawks while Alandry Below led Advance (7-5) with 12 points.

BLOOMFIELD, Mo. — The East Prairie Eagles broke open a close game in the fourth quarter to earn a road win over Bloomfield 66-52.

East Prairie held a slim 46-40 lead after three quarters but outscored the Wildcats 20-12 in the final quarter to earn the win.

Jack Scruggs had a team-high 23 points for East Prairie (4-6) while Evan Howell added 19.

Jamison Dodd had a game-high 30 points for Bloomfield (1-8).

SIKESTON — David Layton had another huge scoring evening in leading the Blue Jays (6-6) to a 37-point win on the road at Scott County Central.

The 5-foot-10 senior led his mates to a 52-20 halftime advantage, as he finished with 38 points, Zach LeGrand added 20 in the win.

Keshawn Sanders led the Braves (1-9) at home with 13 points, while Bralyn Porter chipped in with 10.
