MISSOURIAN ROUNDUP: Jackson soccer falls 4-1 to unbeaten Rockwood Summit

Rockwood Summit completed an undefeated regular season Wednesday, defeating host Jackson 4-1 in a high school soccer action.

The top-ranked Falcons, 22-0-1, are led by senior forward Christian Kraus, who was selected to compete in the High School Soccer All-American Game Dec. 7 in Orlando, Florida.

Chalon Domian scored the lone goal for Jackson, which never led.

The Indians (13-6-2) next play Seckman (13-9) in the Class 4 District 1 Tournament beginning Monday in Poplar Bluff, Missouri .


Farmington 110, Jackson 34

The Jackson boys swim team lost to visiting Farmington in a dual meet at Central Municipal Pool.

Brayden Walters won two events for the Indians -- the 50- and 100-yard freestyle.

Jake Shelton also added a win for Jackson, taking the 200 freestyle.

Jackson's Eli Kyle won the 1-meter diving competition.
