My best event is (and why): Pole vault, it's the only event I do

I'm superstitious about: My necklace. Once I rub it, it'll give me luck.

I love track and field because: It gives me an adrenaline rush once I get over a crossbar

My favorite memory from the season is: On my last jump at state I jumped close to my PR and placed third!

My coach is always on me about: Trusting him and having confidence in myself

The best way to kill time during a meet is: To cheer on my teammates as they compete

My best event is (and why): Long jump, I have had the most success and it's my favorite event. It makes me feel good.

I'm superstitious about: My shoes. They have to be my long jump shoes for long jump and triple jump shoes for triple, I swear.

I love track and field because: You can gain success as a team and as an individual and I absolutely love my team

My best event is (and why): The 4x800, because you get the joy of track alongside your favorite people ever!

I'm superstitious about: Dropping the baton ... Never. Do. It. Period.

I love track and field because: It made me who I am today and brought me closer to God and the people I love!

The best way to kill time during a meet is: Listening to music and eating snacks

My best event is (and why): 200m dash. It was my best event this year.

I'm superstitious about: I wear the same Nike Hyper Elite socks to every meet.

I love track and field because: It pushes me to do things I never would've imagined myself doing and it brings out the best in me
