Kalli Mayfield signs with Lyon College

Jackson’s Kalli Mayfield officially signed to play basketball at Lyon College on 4/2 after verbally committing in December.

Kalli said she chose Lyon because she "loved the campus and town and it felt like home and the players and coaches super nice and they have a successful program".

Kalli averaged 12.8 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 2.1 apg, and 1.5 spg over the past 2 seasons. She earned Class 5 District 1 All-District and SEMO Conference All-Conference honors her Junior and Senior season.

Lyon College is located in Batesville, AR. Lyon went 25-8 this season, finishing third in regular season in the American Midwest Conference and earning a spot in the NAIA Division I National tournament for the 8th straight year.
