Class and district assignments released for boys and girls basketball

Class and district assignments have been released for boys and girls basketball in the Missouri Bootheel for the 2018-19 season.

Clarkton, Delta, Delta C-7, Gideon, North Pemiscot, Richland, Risco, Scott County Central, and Southland will compete in Class 1, District 1. See teams in all Class 1 districts here: Class 1 Districts

Bernie, Campbell, Cooter, Hayti, Holcomb, Portageville, Senath-Hornersville and South Pemiscot will compete in Class 2, District 1. See teams in all Class 2 districts here: Class 2 Districts

Caruthersville, New Madrid County Central, Charleston, East Prairie, Kelly, Kennett, Malden, and Twin Rivers will compete in Class 3, District 1. See teams in all Class 3 districts here: Class 3 Districts

Cape Central, Dexter, Fredericktown, Notre Dame, Perryville, and Sikeston will compete in Class 4, District 1. See teams in all Class 4 districts here: Class 4 Districts

All the Sikeston fans will be glad to know that Vashon is now in Class 3.
