Jackson Senior Babe Ruth team holding tryouts

The Jackson Senior Babe Ruth baseball team will hold tryouts at 2 p.m. on April 18 at Saxony Lutheran High School.
Age limits are 16-18. Anyone who turns 19 after Jan. 1 is eligible. All area players are welcome to try out. For more information call Paul Sand at 573-270-9535 or Stan Minson at 573-587-2092.
In case of heavy rain, tryouts will be reschedules for the same time and place on April 25.
The Jackson Senior Babe Ruth team finished the 2009 season with a 33-7 record. It finished second in the Missouri State Tournament and second in the eight-state Midwest Regional Tournament.
