ROUNDUP: Ferguson's 32 points leads Clarkton past Van Buren

VAN BUREN -- Dustin Ferguson scored 32 points to lead Clarkton past Van Buren 91-68 in the Current River Challenge on Saturday night.
Casey Redden added 22 points and Jacob Redden had 14 points for the Reindeer.
Ian Newberry was the high scorer for the Bulldogs as he had 16 points including four 3-pointers. Tyler Freeze had 13 points in the loss.
The Reindeer outscored the Bulldogs in every quarter including 29 points in the final frame to cement the win.
Eminence 73, Doniphan 62
Eminence had two players reach 20 points in a win over Doniphan.
Mitch Granier led the Dons with 23 points and Greg Davis had 20 points.
Eminence got off to an early lead as it led 19-11 after the first quarter but the Dons battled back throughout the second and third quarter as they scored 21 in the third quarter.
Eminence sealed the game in the fourth quarter as they nailed 12-of-15 free throws to combat Davis from Doniphan who had 11 of his 20 in the quarter.
Eminence was led by Nate Stoutenborough who had 29 points, including seven 3-pointers.
Clearwater 55, Cabool 44
Luke Hillis had 15 points to lead the Tigers past the Bulldogs on Saturday.
Kyle Randolph added 12 and Ethan Scott had 11 in the win.
The Tigers opened the game strong defensively as they jumped out to a 12-4 lead after the first quarter but went into the half up just as the Bulldogs erupted for 18 points in the second quarter.
Clearwater scored 20 points in the final quarter to ice the win.
Twin Rivers 68, Alton 17
Kyle Oberkramer scored 13 points to lead Twin Rivers to a win over Alton.
The Royals scored 32 points in the first quarter to take a 32-5 lead and cruised the rest of the way for the win.
Brett Whitlock added eight points for the Royals and Dustin Tinsley and Ryan Miller each had seven.
Ellington 70, Campbell 62
Drew Morrison scored 24 points and Brad Baysinger added 21 as Ellington moved past Campbell.
The Whippets got off to an early lead as they led 33-19 at the half but the Camels battled back.
Justin Fowler scored eight of the Camels 23 points in the third quarter to draw his team closer but the fourth quarter was too much for Campbell as Morrison made all eight of his free-throw attempts in the final frame.
Fowler finished the game with 19 points while Joe Campbell added 14. The Camels struggled in the post as big man Cale Weeks had just four points in the loss.
Meadow Heights 81, East Carter 36 John Ziegler scored 12 points to lead the Redbirds in a loss Saturday night.
Miles Collins had nine points and Monty Steiger added six for East Carter.
The Redbirds were taken out of the game early as Meadow Heights posted 19 points in the first quarter as compared to just seven for East Carter.
