Let's give Malden some credit. They would have had a tough time beating Hayti with Cortez Dobbins. To advance to the district title game without Dobbins speaks to the depth and talent that Malden has. It's not likely they will beat NMCC, especially on their home floor.

Yeah Malden came out fired up last night. NMCC will have to match that intensity.

I beg to differ. Malden will need to match NMCC's intensity from last night or it will be just as ugly tonight as last night's Caruthersville game was.

What time is Tip-Off?

got a strange feeling this is gonna be a decent game. Malden is w/o their top scorer (Dobbins-broken finger) but these last 2 games their other guard (Perkins) has really put up good numbers!

NMCC by 25-30. Nobody can stop this team in SEMO. Maybe Maplewood. Not Park Hills Central. They are a notch above everybody else.

county-dude I want to agree with you. I understand your premise. But NMCC has had too many games this year where they've just failed to show up. Just last week they lost a game at SCC that they should've easily won. They were blasted by Bluff on their home floor by 35.
I do agree that IF they play the way they're capable of they will reach Columbia.

Scott County Central stopped them last week ;)
Malden will have a difficult time winning tonight, that's for sure, but congrats to them on making the finals after losing their best player. Doesn't happen often!

NMCC wins easily in this matchup

NMCC wins by what they want to. How long will they want to leave the starters in is the tough question tonight!

I agree with ozzyandharriet! NMCC is NOT a team that is flat out unbeatable. any team can be beat on any given night this year here in SEMO. Hope Malden can pull a upset!! gotta love the underdogs.
