Ok, Larry Doby. I want to know your pick for Districts. Who do you think will take it in Boys Basketball?
-- Posted by SportsMediaInformant on Mon, Feb 4, 2013, at 8:36 PM
Meadow Heights really better than 3 teams in this district?
-- Posted by sportsnerd on Mon, Feb 4, 2013, at 8:43 PM
Well, based on record yes. Can't say I have watched these teams so I do not know. But here are the records:
Meadow Heights 8-13
Viburnum 4-14
Ellington 4-11
Valley 1-12

in actually quite impressed.. can someone list meadow heights wins? I'm not asking so I can say well u haven't beat anyone. I seriously thought they were about 3-17.. I had no idea they had 8 wins

I thought Ellington was decent last year

I tried to copy MH girls results but it wouldn't format correctly.

SMI, I usually don't make predictions unless I'm really sure about the outcome. I know nothing of Bismark but they have a 17-3 record. We both know that Oran and Advance have split thus far with the rubber match coming up soon. Oh, by the way, it will be lil cheer and sr nite, too. Not certain if our pep band will be as loud as Bob had the Hornets' last year but it will be noisy I'm sure.
So I guess what I'm saying is I hope it's Oran that wins but you just never know, you just never know.

Looks like this could be Bismarck's year in Class 2, District 3.

Bismarck has 2 losses to West County, a loss to Crystal City, and a loss to St. Genevieve last night. They play a below mediocre schedule from what I can tell. IMO, Chaffee's more than likely the better team out of the two but Bismarck's record and location place them at the 3 seed, similiar to last year when Lesterville got seeded over Chaffee in districts.

Uncle Charlie never take picks from Dustin seriously. Man doesn't know a thing about it. For example his pick of Risco last year.

Boys District. Oran and Advance could be a really good final!

It's our mistake. He's talking about volleyball instead of basketball.

I would say I'm shocked Dustin is touting a Bismarck team he probably hasn't seen just to be different but I'm not.

The Western schools do not play the same schedules.
17-3 record in the West is Equivacable to a 12-8 or 11-9 record in the East.
