Eagle Ridge Hs has became a member of tthe mshsaa

I just read on the mshsaa website that Eagle Ridge HS of cape has became a member of the mshsaa and will compete in soccer, volleyball, boys and girls basketball for the upcoming 2012-2013 season. Has any one else heard this?
