Tryouts for the Lids Missouri Bulls 2017 teams will be held the weekend of August 27th and 28th, 2016.
***If the weather rains this weekend out, we will schedule another weekend as quickly as possible. We will post a note on our website Friday 8/26/16 if we are cancelling the tryouts for weather. ***
Ages 10u through 13u teams will tryout at Notre Dame High School in Cape Girardeau, Mo. on Saturday August 27th. Tryouts for 14u through 18u will be held the very next day, Sunday August 28th at Oran High School in Oran, Mo.
On Saturday the 27th, we will have check in/late registrations for 10u/11u, at 9:00am, tryouts for 10u and 11u will be from 9:30am until 11:30am. Check in/late registrations for 12u/13u will be from 12:30pm-1:00pm with tryouts for those ages from 1:00-3:00pm.
On Sunday the 28th, we will have check in/late registration for 14u/15u will be at 11:30am-noon with tryouts from Noon to 2:00pm. Check in for 16u-18u will be from 2:00pm-2:30pm and tryouts are from 2:30-4:30pm.

PROGRAM BACKGROUND
The Lids Missouri Bulls Baseball program is one of the premier baseball clubs in the Midwest. 2017 will be our 8th season as a program. Our Mission Statement is to create a fun, competitive atmosphere to train and teach young athletes that are passionate about the game of baseball. Players will be instilled with the values of hard work, dedication, integrity and responsibility.
Tryouts will include players from SE Missouri, Southern Ill. and NE Arkansas.
All Players entering the 4th grade (10u), 5th grade (11u), 6th grade (12u), 7th grade (13u), 8th grade (14u), freshman (15u), sophomores (16u) and juniors and seniors (18u) are invited to attend.
Things to know about the Bulls
**51 Players from our first five classes, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 have received college scholarships to play baseball.
**3 Players have been drafted.
**Professional coaching staff consists of former professional and college players, current and former high school coaches.
**Coaching Staff is closely connected with numerous college coaches and professional scouts throughout the mid-west.
**Costs for trying out that day will be $25 for any new players, if you played on a Bulls team last summer it will be $15. The fee's cover our expenses for the day.
