Southeast football team adjusts spring schedule

The Southeast Missouri State football team has altered its spring practice schedule for the remainder of this week.

The Redhawks will practice at the Rosengarten Athletic Complex from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Wednesday and will scrimmage at Houck Stadium from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Thursday.

The remainder of Southeast's spring practices are:

Tuesday, April 7 3:30-5:30 p.m. Rosengarten Athletic Complex

Thursday, April 9 3:30-5:30 p.m. Rosengarten Athletic Complex

Saturday, April 11 10 a.m.-noon Houck Stadium

Tuesday, April 14 3:30-5:30 p.m. Rosengarten Athletic Complex

Thursday, April 16 3:30-5:30 p.m. Rosengarten Athletic Complex

Saturday, April 18 Youth camp: 10 a.m.-noon; Spring game: 1 p.m. Houck Stadium

The Redhawks will hold their second annual Edgar Jones Youth Football Clinic prior to the spring game on April 18.

Jones, a former Southeast and Dallas Cowboys linebacker, and members of the Southeast football team will instruct children in grades 1-8 at the clinic, which runs from 10 a.m.-noon.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. the day of the event or you can pre-register here. The first 250 kids to register receive a free T-shirt.
